Apollo Group TV on a Samsung or LG TV

A Samsung or LG from recent years runs Apollo on its own. The player comes from the TV's store, so the HDMI ports stay free.

Open the TV's store

  1. 1.Samsung: Home, then Apps, then the search icon.
  2. 2.LG: Home, then the LG Content Store, then search.

Install a player

Note. Both sign in with the same Xtream Codes details, so choose whichever you like the look of.

Sign in

Open the player, pick Xtream Codes, and type in the username, password and server address. Go slowly on the password with the remote.

A Firestick in the HDMI port adds TiviMate if you want a fuller EPG, and Roku has its own route. Look at the channel list before you decide.
