Refund policy

Any time in the 60 days after you pay, one message returns the whole amount. No reason asked, no form.

Send the word refund and the username on the account over WhatsApp; the order is found and the refund goes through straight away.

In any of these cases the money returns on its own:

• Your login was late against the time we promised.
• One order was charged twice.
• We asked you to confirm a payment and a week passed with no reply.
• Less than the order total arrived and the shortfall stayed open for a week.

• Sixty days have gone by since the purchase.

Approved refunds return to the payment method you used, usually the same day. Your bank decides when it shows on your statement, normally within two to five business days.

State and federal consumer law still applies on top of this policy, and whichever gives you more wins.
