Who we are
Apollo Group TV operates from 517 Lake Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071, USA. This policy covers apollogrouptv.llc and every subscription bought through it.
What we store
- Your WhatsApp number, plus a name if you offer one.
- Which plan you bought and when it starts and ends.
- Visit counts from Google Analytics, with no names attached.
Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us, and we keep no record of what you watch.
Why we store it
- To set up the subscription and send you the login.
- To reply to questions and sort out anything that needs fixing.
- To send a reminder before the plan runs out, if you asked for one.
- To learn which pages get read, so the site gets better.
Who else sees it
For marketing, nobody. The only places your details go are the web host, Google Analytics and the panel that issues your login.
For how long
We hold order records while the plan runs and for a sensible period after, so renewals and refunds can be handled. Analytics data is anonymous and ages out by itself.
Your rights
One WhatsApp message lets you see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. State privacy laws such as the CCPA give you those rights and this policy takes none away.
Cookies
Analytics cookies and nothing else, used to count visits. They do not identify you and the site works with them blocked.
